If you want to phase in to a much healthier lifestyle that can make you feel more energized and aches less headaches, then shedding those pounds is an extremely important priority.

However, most snacks are bad. They consist mainly of caffeinated drinks. Avoid the usual: chips, cookies and candy. If this is not possible, there are plenty of healthy snack bars or iced tea you can munch on at work.
